There are many liquid vitamin supplements on the market. However none compare in superiority or price to GBG 10-in-One.Is GBG 10-in-On a scam?
Following is a line by line evaluation of the ingredients listed on the 10-in-One GBG Supplement Facts sheet as found in the 2008 Physician’s Desk Reference (PDR). Also known as the Supplement Facts Sheet.

What are the ingredients? Is GBG 10-in-1 safe? Is it as good as "they" said?
GBG 10-in-1 as listed in the 2008 PDR. GBG 10-in-One contains 32 1 ounce servings per bottle.
Calories and Carbs
: 10-in-1 has no calories. So if you are trying to lose weight, I'd say 10-in-1 is a great choice in helping you do so.
Vitamin A
: Vitamin A is important for vision and development of vision. The SUL (Safe Upper Level) of Vitamin A is 5,000 IU. That is the exact amount of Vitamin A in GBG 10-in-1. So I would hope it's safe to say that 10-in-1 is helpful in maintaining healthy vision.
Vitamin C
: GBG 10-in-1 has a whopping 833% of your RDA! And that doesn't appear to be a bad thing. I can't find anything showing Vitamin C is unsafe to take in large amounts. Actually, all I find is info stating why you should consume more of it and how it is good at increasing the body's immunity. The only UL info I could find on Vitamin C is on SUL (Safe Upper Level) of beta-Carotene. The SUL of Vitamin C is 11,655 IU.
Vitamin D
: As of late I've seen info stating that we should be consuming more Vitamin D. GBG does a pretty good job of supplying a fair amount of Vitamin D. GBG 10-in-One actually exceeds the RDA. Actually, 10-in-1 used to have twice the amount in their formula and I would be interested in finding out why they reduced it. The SUL of Vit D is 1000 IU. GBG 10-in-One only contains at least half that amount.
Vitamin E:
Well, looks like 10-in-1 has more than a fair amount of Vitamin. And seeing as though 800 IU is the SUL for Vitamin E an Vitamin E is good for healthy skin, the largest organ of our body, this can't be a bad thing.
Vitamin K:
It is a plant based mineral that helps prevent hemmorhaging and helps strengthen bones and capillaries. The UL of Vitamin K is 1000 and GBG doesn't even come close to exceeding the safe levels.
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) & Riboflavin (Vitamin B2):
10-in-1 has a HUGE amount of these two vitamins in its product. What do these vitamins do? They both are believed to help increase your energy. If you're looking for an energy booster, GBG 10-in-1 has a more promising composition of natural safe ingredients to help you. The only side effects of these two vitamins is to consume more than 7000mg of B1 which can result in headache, naseau, or weakness - but never death. Taking excessive amounts of B2 is however generally considered harmless.
Niacin:
Niacin is believed to be good for the heart and effective in lowering cholesterol. 10-in-1 has 50% more Niacin than the RDA. While the UL of Niacin is 35 mg, GBG is 5 mg under the UL, so you may want to watch your additional intake of Niacin on a daily basis if it's a lot. Some of the side effects of consuming too much niacin are liver damage and gastrointestinal problems.
Vitamin B6:
This vitamin is a multitasker. It plays a major role in the functions of the body that many people do not realize. It works like a mediator for problems in your body and helps it to regulate itself. The UL for B6 is 100mg.
Folic Acid:
Apparently, surveys show that the U.S. does not consume enough folic acid. GBG 10-in-1 has 50% more than the RDA. What has sparked such a huge interest in folic acid is that it is linked to fetal developmental defects. The UL is 1000 mcg, of which GBG has 600 mcg. So it's within the safe levels.
Vitamin B12:
HUGE amount... GBG has 1567% more than the RDA! What does this mean to you? Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that the body needs to maintain healthy nerve and red blood cells. And since blood is the life that flows through our bodies, maintenance of these cells seems important in prolonging a healthier life and body. Since there are no reports of toxicity from oral ingestion, it doesn't appear as though there's a such thing as too much B12.
Biotin:
GBG has the safe amounts as listed in the RDA.
Pantothenic Acid:
GBG 10-in-1 contains 150% more than the RDA. It plays an important role in this liquid vitamin combination because it helps to absorb Vitamins B6, B12, and C - all of which GBG has very high amounts of.
Calcium:
I've always thought of a main source of calcium to be milk - especially with those "milk, it does a body good" commercials. However very small amounts of calcium are actually found in milk. GBG 10-in-1 contains small amounts of calcium. It only has 3%. Seeing as thought the UL of calcium appears to be 2500 mg, I wonder the supplement don't contain higher doses??
Magnesium:
This is the final ingredient that’s on most supplement facts sheet that can be found in GBG 10-in-One. It falls significantly short of the RDA. GBG 10-in-1's source of Magnesium declares it to be from coral calcium. I'm not sure if that matters or not...
Phosphorous, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper, Manganese, Chromium, and Potassium
all CANNOT be found in the GBG 10-in-1 upper portion of Supplement Facts. They can only be found in the lower portion of the Supplement Facts and are a proprietary blend of trace minerals.
Additional Ingredients GBG 10-in-One contains the popular super foods acai berry, blueberry, pomegrante, and other popular headliners like CoQ10, Aloe, L-Carnitine, as well as a few other shared ingredients.
However, GBG 10-in-1 contains three super foods that most other liquid vitamin supplements do not: amalaki, mangosteen and goji berry. It also contains Rhodiola, L-Theanine, Choline Bitartate, Eleuthro, Schizandra, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Lutein, Lycopene, Quercetin, Tumeric, which all have recently surfaced as being good for your health.
Is GBG safe to consume?I don't know, from the fct/study ase on paper work ,yes. There are too many people trying to make money from it,there are not really reviewing a product.
It appears to contain both a larger inventory of ingredients as well as a larger variety of ingredients compared to the competition.
