According to a recent research,statistic shown that of the 34 million Americans between the ages of 55-64, more than 4 million do not have hearth care insurance. These Americans, often called “early retirees” face a myriad of unique health and financial challenges that can complicate their ability to receive adequate health care coverage,obviously these people need some sort of hearth and wellness programs.

There are many wellness coaching program out there,especially for company director ,these industry adviser like to talk about how the concepts of giving wellness benefit to employee and how it effect the business from the profit point of view.This is usually the result of misunderstanding on the part of wellness specialist and employer (because it’s good for for them to make more money).

The term "wellness" is often misunderstood,you heard it in the news, on billboards, in conversation and even at work,your director,co-worker,friends,blog,or anywhere you can think of,so what is the definition of wellness?According to WIKIPEDIA ,the term refers to :

When we talk about Corporate Wellness Program, it refer to piont#5 ,regardless of the need of protection and support,motivation,etc.. that mean workplace wellness.It brings strengths and uses the company wealth efficiently to produce the most effective workforce by providing them the best working environment ,it can be considered an ultimate recharge center for the employee. Human beings are physical beings and are subject to laws of physics: mass, energy and motivation. Our bodies are constructed a certain way, our minds produce energy, and we are under the influence of positive factors all the time.

The vast majority of people enjoy working at this type of work place,experts believing this type of wellness plan will bring results in the long run.However, there are still large number of company doesn't provide a proper care for their employee well being, many mistaken ideas about the program came about because of the misunderstanding that they will wasted their money on these type of programs.

Looking back in history, it can be seen that the large majority of famous cooperate who achieve great success came from those who had develop a top worksite wellness programs for their employee.

The typical pattern was the company has allocated these funds as part of the company expense. they might have a difficult time developing "wellness solutions" but they do believe the corporate culture is conducive to an enjoyable work environment for all employees.
