No time: Avoid Tim Russert Syndrome

It's ALL over the news: "Tim Russert suddenly dies from heart attack. "

His physician stated that, "Tim Russert was a good patient, taking medications for his heart disease and exercising, his doctor said.

He had no chest pains and he passed an exercise stress test weeks
ago [his cholesterol levels were great]. Yet at 58, he suffered a heart attack and died. That's uncommon."

Huh? Uncommon? Fat people die from heart attacks ALL DAY LONG
EVERY DAY! And Tim was fat, period!

Big Pharma doesn't have anything to help obesity. Therefore, they overlook the fact that being obese leads to heart disease, not cholesterol and blood pressure levels.
Doctors continued by saying, "Despite impressive advances in preventing and treating heart disease, experts say there's no easy way to know which patients are going to have a heart attack and which aren't."

Huh? What the hell are they talking about? Of course there is an easy
way to know which patients are going to have a heart attack: The fat ones!
I accepted this hard fact when I reached 30% body fat.

I descended to 11% and put the fear of heart disease behind me forever. Anyone can
do the same, without drugs!
