Triglycerides not Guilty

Triglycerides not Guilty

What is Triglycerides ?How it effect our body?
Triglycerides are a form of fat derived from fatty acids and sugar (glucose). They compromise a large portion of fat in our body.

High levels of triglycerides have been implicated as the cause of heart attack. This is untrue. Elevated triglycerides are due to excess sugar consumption. As sugar is consumed, glucose levels increase in the liver. The result is an increased output of sugar derived triglycerides.

That is not all. Excess sugar consumption over long periods of time promotes plaque build-up in the mechanically stressed regions of the heart - heart attack results. Triglycerides are innocent bystanders. The real killer is sugar. Corporate America works tirelessly to obfuscate this from parents and children.

This is not medical advice. Medical diagnosis and treatment is constrained by law to be the monopoly of state licensed practitioners.
